Engineers who specialize in open-source telecom

VoipArchitects is an independent practice focused on one thing: deploying and configuring open-source VoIP platforms correctly, so the businesses that depend on them can stop worrying about them.

Open-source telephony is powerful and cost-effective, but it rewards expertise and punishes guesswork. The same flexibility that lets Asterisk or FreeSWITCH do almost anything also makes it easy to build something fragile, insecure, or impossible to maintain.

We exist for the businesses, call centers, and resellers who need these systems done right but do not want to hire and retain a full-time telephony engineer. We bring the specialist knowledge, apply it to your specific requirements, and leave you with a documented platform you actually understand.

We are an independent services provider. We are not affiliated with, certified by, or endorsed by the Asterisk, FreeSWITCH, FusionPBX, MagnusBilling, or Vicidial projects — we simply know how to deploy and configure them well.

How we work

Principles we don't compromise on

Security is not optional

Encryption, anti-fraud guards, and access control are part of every build, not a paid add-on. A voice system that leaks toll fraud is a failed deployment.

Configuration as code

We treat dial plans and configuration like software — versioned, documented, and reasoned about — so your system is maintainable long after we hand it over.

You own the infrastructure

We deploy on servers and accounts you control. No lock-in, no hostage data — the platform and its data are yours.

Straight talk on scope

Fixed scope, fixed quote, honest advice about what you do and do not need — including telling you when you do not need a support retainer.

Work with specialists, not generalists
